Nilanjana Sharma is an actress. She played a pivotal role in the show Hip Hip Hooray. Nilanjana’s debut movie was director Subrata Sen’s Swapner Feriwala. She is a graduate of English literature.

She is the daughter of Anjana Bhowmik. Her younger sister Chandana Sharma is also an actress. She is married to Bengali actor Jishu Sengupta.

Ushasie Chakraborty is a Bengali film actress. She played the role of Satyabati in Anjan Dutt’s film adaptations on Byomkesh Bakshi.

Chakraborty has worked in the films like Ranjana Ami Ar Ashbona, Bedroom etc. She has played the role of Satyabati in Anjan Dutt’s celluloid adaptation of Byomkesh Bakshi. She is daughter of Communist Party of India leader Shyamal Chakraborty. In an interview of June 2011 she felt her father’s political identity is a disadvantage for her in the film industry. In 2011, she campaigned for Communist Party of India before 2011 West Bengal assembly election.

Tanusree Chakraborty

Tanusree Chakraborty is a Bengali model and film actress.

Chakraborty was a student of Netaji Nagar Girls’ High School and later she studied political science in graduation level in Basanti Devi College, a University of Calcutta affiliate.

Chakraborty got opportunity to work as a model after passing school. At that time she did not have enough idea on modelling. She worked as a model for a short time and worked in numerous advertisements. She came into prominence after 2011 film Uro Chithi.

Mumtaz Sorcar

Mumtaz Sorcar (Bengali: মমতাজসরকার) is an Indian film actress. She is the youngest daughter of magician PC Sorcar Junior and Jayashree Devi. Mumtaz started her career with a music video for singer Mehreen from Bangladesh. She first appeared in the short film Bhorai: The Maladies of Dawn directed by Subhrajit Mitra produced by NIBS.

Her schooling was from Modern High School for Girls (kolkata). She completed her Graduation in BA.LLB from South Calcutta Law College under Calcutta University. Sports is her hobby. As an athlete she got trained in Boxing from south Kolkata club under Bengal Amateur Boxing Federation. She also has training in Judo. She is also a classical Jazz dancer. She’s also a gold medalist in shot put from YMCA.

Her debut film was 033 which was directed by Birsha Dasgupta. She also signed a Tollywood big screen film in Shoumik Sen directed No Poblem(2007). The film is currently in post-production state & is slotted to be released in 2012.
